You may return our product or exchange it for store credit within 14 days of delivery, providing that the product is in new and unopened condition. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include your name and order number. Shipping may be non-refundable. Re-stocking fee may apply
How to Process Returns:
Please email us at email@example.com and notify us that you'd like to return your watch. Upon doing so, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 5 business days. Once we've received your returned package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and it may take up to 3 business days afterwards for your funds to be returned to your credit card or Paypal account.
Using a RVLVR Gift Card:
In Payment section during checkout, click the “Have a gift card? Click here to enter it” button.
Enter your gift card number, and click "Apply"
The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.
Terms of Warranty:
We offer a 24 month warranty on the movement of our watches, which covers the original owner against manufacturing defects. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
Glass and/or crystal, batteries, casings, bands and/or straps are not covered, and you may be charged for replacing any or all of these parts. Problems caused by abuse, improper repair or adjustment, defects after expiration, or a watch not purchased from an authorized RVLVR dealer are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
